The Project transforms a modest two-bed, one-bath into a modern and spacious three-bed, two-bath home with a fully functioning ADU in the back. The design highlights an expanded living room that flows into a new dining area and outdoor patio, a larger primary bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, and an additional bedroom at the rear. The existing flat roof has been vaulted to enhance the sense of openness and natural light, elevating the home’s overall ambiance.

The existing garage has been converted into a fully equipped accessory dwelling unit (ADU) with a full kitchen, bathroom, and separate living and sleeping areas, featuring a matching six-foot pocket door to maintain an indoor-outdoor connection.
